Energy efficiency, comfort and design perfectly combined
The sample floor of the Berlin G212 | Re-Development BT 1–4 project was transformed within just three months into a modern office space that serves as a reference for future tenant fit-outs. Covering around 250 m² of ceiling area, it offers an open working environment where technology is visibly integrated and contributes to the overall design.
Stainless steel pipes in plain view
The general contractor Drees & Sommer relied on our A11-S climate ceiling system with integrated lighting from Durlum. The decisive factor was the comprehensive package: precisely installed stainless-steel pipes in visible areas and large-format ceiling sails, combined with reliable execution from planning to installation.
Technical and aesthetic quality
The project requirements clearly focused on technical and visual quality. Since the space serves as a showroom on the second floor, all visible components had to be perfectly coordinated. The sails, measuring 3000 x 1200 mm, were manufactured with integrated light strips and installed to ensure minimal sag despite their size and integrated technology. At the same time, acoustic requirements had to be met without compromising appearance. All piping from the shaft was also installed visibly, requiring precise execution.

The tight schedule placed high demands on coordination and material logistics. Fast and reliable support in planning, ordering and installation was crucial to link all trades seamlessly. The result is an office space that demonstrates how powerful and flexible modern climate ceiling solutions can be in office environments. The combination of thermal comfort, integrated lighting and visible installation creates a clear design line and provides a realistic picture for future tenants fit outs.
