Business building Rosau, Zurich

On the grounds of the villa Rosau, Zurich, the office building Rosau was built between 2016 and 2020. The L-shaped building is located on the corner Gotthard-/Claridenstrasse. The five-storey building has the Minergie standard. Heating and cooling are carried out with a heat pump using the water from the Zürichsee.

The following climate ceiling systems from Barcol-Air were used in the office building Rosau: Chilled acoustic plaster ceiling and chilled ceiling invisible air Aquilo.
