CAV Control Unit constant rectangular

Designed to maintain a constant volumetric flow in ventilation systems, independent of system pressure and changes in system pressure within the permitted range.

Volumetric flow is set at the factory. Volumetric flow is easy to readjust using the adjusting device with volumetric flow scale. The control plate mounted in a low-friction bearing ensures high response sensitivity at low minimum response pressure of approx. 45 Pa up to a maximum differential pressure of 600 Pa.

The volumetric flow controller can be installed in any position. The control units can be used at temperatures ranging from -30°C to +100°C. Special versions are available on request for temperatures up to +250 °C.

Single walled galvanised steel version V81

Square casing made of galvanised sheet steel in single walled version, control plate made of aluminium, mounted in low-friction bearing. Combination flange 30 mm on both sides.

Double walled galvanised steel version V82

Square casing made of galvanised sheet steel in double walled version (25 mm or 50 mm), control plate made of aluminium, mounted in low-friction bearing. Combination flange 30 mm on both sides.
