Volumetric Flow Controller round

Designed for applications in ventilation systems to regulate volumetric air flows, independent of supply pressure, precise and with very good control characteristic. Types: V11 single walled, V12 double walled, V41 PPS plastic.

Galvanised steel version (single walled V11, double walled V12)

Round casing made of galvanised sheet steel in single walled/double walled design with thermal and acoustic insulation. A 4-spoke calliper with 12 measuring points ensures a measurement accuracy of ±2%. The Barcol-Air damper flap (double layer with SBR seal in-between) is mounted in low-friction nylon bearings. Shaft material: aluminium.

PPS plastic design (V41)

Round casing made of PPS. Differential pressure is measured by an orifice plate and averaged by 2 x 4 measuring points. The Barcol-Air damper flap has a double layer made of PPS plastic with an SBR seal in-between. Shaft material: V4A.
