From June 2022 the Swegon Group AB is the new owner of the Barcol-Air Group AG. With its change of ownership from Meier Capital AG, Switzerland, to the Swegon Group AB, Sweden, the Barcol-Air Group, and its companies in Switzerland, Germany, France and Italy, has the opportunity to strengthen its position in a growing market segment and develop itself further.
Swegon offers solutions for ventilation, heating, cooling and climate optimisation, as well as related services and technical support. The Swegon Group AB is part of the Investment AB Latour and is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. The company employs more than 2,700 people and has branches and distribution partners all over the world. Swegon has 17 production sites across Europe, North America and India and generates sales of SEK 5.8 billion (2021).
